Real-time inventory synchronization tools and bulk catalog upload capabilities enabled accurate listings and prevented overselling by ensuring consistent stock visibility across sales channels. The implementation of a unified order management system connected all stages of the fulfillment process, enabling real-time updates from order placement through to delivery. To further support operational decision-making, a seller performance dashboard was deployed, offering data-driven insights into fulfillment rates, inventory trends, and engagement metrics.
These interventions produced measurable improvements across core marketplace KPIs. Onboarding efficiency increased by 90%, enabling faster seller acquisition. Within six months, the number of registered sellers doubled. Order fulfillment speed improved by 25%, and order breach rates declined by 20%. Active seller participation rose by 30%, and third-party seller GMV increased by 57%, underscoring the platform’s enhanced reliability and effectiveness.
