In July 2022, Mr. Li Shufu’s Xingji Shidai Technology successfully merged with MEIZU Technology. In March 2023, Xingji MEIZU Group was established. On June 19th of the same year, Xingji MEIZU Group officially announced the commencement of its strategic cooperation with Polestar (NASDAQ: PSNY), a premium performance EV brand.
