We began with a company-wide discovery process—surveys, focus groups, and workshops—that captured the essence of our people and our work. This wasn’t a top-down directive; it was branding from the inside out. The result? Alignment across the organization before a single pixel was designed.

This is more than a visual refresh, it’s a corporate reset. We didn’t just update how we look; we redefined how we think, speak, and act. And that’s what makes this rebrand not only successful, but transformative. Our employees agree – with 85% internal understanding of our new brand.
